Library policies are enacted by the Library Board of Trustees, a panel of local citizens who are appointed by the mayor of the City of Evansville and confirmed by the Common Council to oversee library activities in accordance with Chapter 43 of the Wisconsin state statutes.

Fines & Fees
Evansville-owned items checked out at the Eager Free Public Library are now fine free.
- Patrons will still be billed for lost or damaged items.
- Items received from other SHARE member libraries or through Interlibrary Loan may trigger an overdue fine.
- If total lost, damaged, and late fees are greater than $10.00 on your account, you will not be able to check out other materials until the amount is paid.
